New work, new weddings, and what’s up next
The sun is shining, the hostas have broken ground, and the calendar is filling up!
Maybe the most exciting thing over the last few weeks was working with Peoria-based biotech startup Veloxity Labs. Veloxity is bringing some exciting technology to the area, and is quickly becoming a household name. Check out the post below to see some of the work!
My first wedding of the year is coming up this weekend, and I’m really looking forward to it. Between filming and work for DJ4U, the mobile wedding entertainment company I’ve worked with for over six years, the next four weekends will be all about weddings; this weekend in Mendota, then in Chicago, and then a couple in Peoria. (I’ve still got availability for the rest of the year, contact me here!)
I also cover Peoria Public Schools Board of Education meetings for WCBU/Peoria Public Radio about twice a month, and this latest story is worth a read! The District is adding services from the JOLT Foundation to provide COVID-19 resources, Narcan, and testing for STIs at the Wraparound Center, a “one-stop-shop” for community members seeking support from other local agencies. Read it here!
Otherwise, the garden will be going in soon, we’ve got tickets to a St. Louis Cardinals game coming up, and Ashlyn and I are dusting off our camping gear for some new adventures. Mid-April is really giving “out of hibernation” energy right now, let’s hope it stays that way!
The Rundles are life-long Cardinals fans—here’s a throwback to a game a few summers ago.
As always, if you’re looking for content for your business, I’d love to talk with you. Check out the other pages on my site for a look at my work, and follow my LinkedIn page for the updates!
P.S. — for each new post, I’ll now be adding the following section, mostly to keep me searching for new things to add to my list(s). If you’ve got suggestions, let me know!
